All students take the Leadworthy course in middle school. This year, the 6th-grade class was excited about the lesson on community service. Community service is when people volunteer their time and efforts to get things done in their community! The 6th graders felt empowered to clean up around the town because of the previous windy days. The students started by planning the event. They assigned tasks and got the resources they needed. A big thank you to Vanessa, Yazmin, and Robyn for helping chaperone the event and everyone who made this day possible.
