4th grade hat day fun!

These 4 young men started working out with me when school started. They have continued to work hard and keep me motivated. Each has made their own personal gains! I have been working out since February 25, 2019. Since then I have lost 71 pounds and I hope with their continued support and motivation that I will keep it off for months or even years to come. Thank you Dom Ayala, Luis Ayala, Bowdrie Byman, and Corey Vazquez for sticking with it and helping me stay with it. A very special thank you to Cesar Acosta, who continues to support and guide me in my life changing endeavors!
