Coach Martin Makeover Starting February 25, Coach Martin asked Cesar Acosta to start him on a weight loss plan. He asked Cesar to do this because he is planning to attend college to become a physical trainer. He is also currently taking a nutrition class that helps him make up meal plans for Coach Martin. Coach has just finished his 10th week and has lost 39.8 pounds since he started. Cesar’s knowledge in this area has really made a difference in his life. Cesar holds Coach Martin accountable by having him enter his workouts and meals into his “My Fitness Pal,” which has helped him out a lot. Coach Martin is going to have Cesar to continue to work with him, even when he leaves for school. It has been a great opportunity for Cesar to use some of his knowledge to help out his coach. Coach Martin deeply appreciates his help.
